Hey there, I’m Nicole (Nic)! Most days, you’ll find me sipping on a green smoothie in my favorite pair of yoga pants, testing out new healthy recipes or getting my sweat on at a killer workout class. I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach and wellness expert living in Minneapolis, MN.
I coach busy women how to lose weight and clear up their skin so they can live a life of confidence without restrictive dieting.
I give you the tools to listen to your body and make empowered food choices for your unique body type and lifestyle needs. I have created a plan for breaking unhealthy eating habits, crash dieting, and mindless snacking.
My approach to wellness focuses on adding more organic whole foods to your diet, letting go of unhealthy lifestyle practices that don’t serve you, and reducing stress. We won’t be counting calories or making you feel deprived. Instead, I’ll help you create healthy habits to move you toward a more holistic way of living. I hope to inspire you to draw the connection between what you eat and how you look and feel.
As a Health Coach, I have had the honor to train under the world’s leading experts in nutrition and wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Some of these experts include Dr. Oz, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Mark Hyman, and Dr. Andrew Weil.
When I’m not busy working with my wonderful clients, you can catch me at a cozy coffee shop sipping on a nut-milk latte with a good book.
