It’s like clock-work. 3 o’clock rolls around and my body is like “Ok, I’m ready for my Acai bowl now!”. I like to switch up the toppings I use to keep it exciting. Acai is a very versatile fruit, so you can really pair it with anything your little heart desires.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Frozen Zucchini
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • ½ Frozen Berries
  • 1 packet Frozen Acai
  • ¼ Avocado
Toppings
  • Fresh Berries
  • Shredded Coconut

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Top with fresh berries and shredded coconut. Enjoy!
