The original version of this recipe is good-old chocolate flavor while this one gets a little fancy and adds a little peppermint to make it tastes like you stirred in a candy cane. Sign me up! Mint chocolate is seriously one of my favorite flavors. Anyone else obsessed with those York Peppermint Patties? UH ME. Not that I’ve eaten one is gosh how long, but those were my go-to candy growing up!

If you’re a mint chocolate lover like I am, then you are going LOVE this cozy hot chocolate. I love making this after dinner for a little nightcap. It’s also a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth without all the extra sugar.
