Avocados are on my list of top foods I couldn’t survive without. I eat one every single day! I use them in smoothies, put them on salads, inside wraps, you name it. One of my favorites though has to be avocado toast!

This simple 5-minute avocado toast is a great breakfast, snack, or light lunch. It's full of healthy fats and fiber to keep you feeling satisfied.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Avocado mashed
  • 1 slice of Sourdough or Gluten-Free Bread toasted
  • 1 Radish thinly sliced
  • Salt & Pepper

Method
 

  1. Toast slice of bread.
  2. Top with avocado, using a fork to smash .
  3. Top with salt, pepper, and radish slices.
