Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Filtered Water
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Beet peeled and cubed
  • ΒΌ Avocado
  • 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Plant-Based Protein optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blender until smooth and creamy.
