almond, coconut or hemp will all work

Hemp Seeds
¼
cup
Chia Seeds

Tbs
Maple Syrup or Honey

tsp
Cinnamon
Toppings
Fresh Berries
Pumpkin Seeds
Cacao Nibs
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except for the toppings) to a small pot over low heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly about 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl, and top with berries, pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs.
