This Grain-Free Hemp Seed Porridge is a hearty low carb breakfast that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and Keto Diet friendly. Made with just nuts and seeds, and topped with fresh fruit, this is a healthy breakfast ready in five minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups Dairy-Free Milk almond, coconut or hemp will all work
  • ¼ cup Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Toppings

  • Fresh Berries
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Cacao Nibs

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except for the toppings) to a small pot over low heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl, and top with berries, pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs.
