Chocolate Covered Banana Superfood Pops

A healthy sweet snack made from 3 simple ingredients! These Chocolate Covered Banana Pops are easily customizable, kid-friendly and a delicious recipe that everyone will LOVE.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bananas ripe, but firm
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or a chopped up chocolate bar
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Oil melted
  • ½ cup Superfood Toppings pumpkin seeds, goji berries, hemp seeds, shredded coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut bananas in half and insert a Popsicle stick into each half. Place bananas on the baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with coconut oil on low heat in a pot on the stove. Stir until smooth.
  • Dip each banana pop in the chocolate, then sprinkle with your choice of topping.
  • Freeze Banana Pops for an hour or two until chocolate is completely hardened.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
