Vegan Coconut Cacao Truffles
These truffles are vegan, gluten-free and simply delicious. Made with whole ingredients like dates, cacao, almonds, and coconut. Great for an energy-boosting snack or healthy dessert.

Raw Cacao Powder

Almonds, Walnuts, or Pecans

Maple Syrup or Coconut Nectar

Coconut Oil
melted

Medjool Dates
pitted

Shredded Coconut
Instructions
Grind up nuts in a food processor until they are fine .
Add dates to the food processor and mix thoroughly .
Pour nut and date mixture into a bowl.
Add coconut nectar/maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt .
Form 1 inch balls with your hands and roll in shredded coconut .
Notes
Store in a container in the freezer.
