Golden Milk Turmeric Latte
A warming golden milk latte that's perfect for an afternoon drink. It has amazing healing properties like reducing stress and inflammation.

- 8 oz Almond Milk can sub any plant-based milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- ⅛ tsp Ginger
- 1 Tbs Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
Warm almond milk in a small saucepan on low heat
or add to a milk frother if you have one.
Add cinnamon and turmeric (add ginger at this time if adding as well)
.
Use a whisk or immersion blender to create a froth
(if not using a milk frother).
Continue stirring until heated. Stir in honey, maple syrup or coconut nectar
.
Pour into your favorite mug or thermos
.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
