Golden Milk Turmeric Latte

A warming golden milk latte that's perfect for an afternoon drink. It has amazing healing properties like reducing stress and inflammation.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Almond Milk can sub any plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tbs Raw Honey or Maple Syrup

Optional

  • 1 shot of Espresso

Instructions
 

  • Warm almond milk in a small saucepan on low heat or add to a milk frother if you have one.
  • Add cinnamon and turmeric (add ginger at this time if adding as well) .
  • Use a whisk or immersion blender to create a froth (if not using a milk frother).
  • Continue stirring until heated. Stir in honey, maple syrup or coconut nectar .
  • Pour into your favorite mug or thermos .
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
