Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Easy chocolate chia seed pudding that takes only 10 minutes. It's perfect for a nourishing breakfast, high fiber snack or healthy dessert. Gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbs Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tbs Maple Syrup or Honey

Toppings

  • Dark Chocolate Chips, Fresh Berries, Cacao Nibs

Instructions
 

  • Mix milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sweetener of choice in a bowl.
  • Set aside in the fridge for at least one hour. You can even make this the day before and store it in an air tight container.
  • Once pudding has set, use a whisk to mix together thoroughly.
  • Top with dairy-free chocolate chips, fresh berries, shredded coconut, or whatever your heart desires!
