Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Easy chocolate chia seed pudding that takes only 10 minutes. It's perfect for a nourishing breakfast, high fiber snack or healthy dessert. Gluten-free and vegan.

- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbs Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
Toppings
- Dark Chocolate Chips, Fresh Berries, Cacao Nibs
Mix milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and sweetener of choice in a bowl.
Set aside in the fridge for at least one hour. You can even make this the day before and store it in an air tight container.
Once pudding has set, use a whisk to mix together thoroughly.
Top with dairy-free chocolate chips, fresh berries, shredded coconut, or whatever your heart desires!
