Date Shake

Thick and delicious date shake made with frozen bananas and zucchini and naturally sweetened with dates. This easy date shake has tons of fiber from the bananas, zucchini, and dates and even packs in sneaky veggies! You'll love this shake for a wonderful breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs Navitas Organics Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Navitas Organics Superfood+ Sea Veggie Blend
  • 1 cup water
  • Cacao nibs for topping

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Feel free to add any optional add-ins to your smoothie if you’d like. Blend until smooth, adding more water to thin, if necessary.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy! Serves 1. Feel free to double the recipe to serve 2.
