Method
- To make the salad, mix the greens, shredded carrots, and cabbage in a mixing bowl.
- To prepare the dressing, finely chop the ginger and garlic. Then add the lemon juice, olive oil, and maple syrup or honey to a glass container.
- Whisk together until thoroughly combined. You could even blend the dressing if you prefer it more smooth.
- Drizzle with dressing on top of salad .
Notes
Store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
