Method
- Preheat oven to 350F .
- Make a flax egg by letting the flax and water to sit for 10 min.
- Add protein powder, almond butter, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup or honey to a mixing bowl.
- Add the flax egg, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop into 1.5 - 2 in balls and gently press down onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 min.
