Mixed Berry Chia Seed Pudding

This simple, sweet chia seed pudding is a great breakfast or morning snack that is full of protein and fiber to give you energy for hours. Made with chia seeds, almond milk, and sweetened with dates.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Dairy-Free Milk almond, coconut, or hemp
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries

Method
 

  1. Blend milk, chia seeds, and dates in a blender until dates are fully blended.
  2. Pour into two mason jars or a large container.
  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  4. Top with additional fresh berries and coconut shavings.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

This makes for a super easy on-the-go breakfast or snack! Make the night before and it's ready to go in the morning.
