Method
- Blend milk, chia seeds, and dates in a blender until dates are fully blended.
- Pour into two mason jars or a large container.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Top with additional fresh berries and coconut shavings.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
This makes for a super easy on-the-go breakfast or snack! Make the night before and it's ready to go in the morning.
