Morning Pineapple Ginger Green Smoothie

An absolutely delicious green smoothie made with spinach, banana, pineapple, ginger, and lemon. Not only is it so bright and inviting, but your body will thank you for all of the wonderful health benefits!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Filtered Water
  • 4 cups Spinach
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Tbs Fresh Ginger
  • ½ Lemon freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Add water and greens to the blender and blender until smooth.
  2. Add banana, pineapple, ginger, and lemon juice. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Best served immediately after blending!
