Method
- Toast slice of bread.
- Scoop out half an avocado and put into a small bowl .
- Add ¼ cup cannellini beans to the bowl with the avocado .
- Season with a little garlic powder, pink Himalayan sea salt, and black pepper .
- Mash with the back of a fork until combined .
- Spoon mixture onto the piece of bread – don’t be afraid to pile it on!
- Add slices of red bell pepper and a handful of sprouts.
