Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is one of the easiest snacks or desserts that comes together with just a few ingredients. Chia seeds might be small, but they pack a huge nutritious punch.

Ingredients
  

  • ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbs Honey, Maple Syrup or Coconut Nectar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir chia seeds thoroughly.
  • Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. You can even let it sit overnight.
  • Serve cold with additional raspberries, cacao nibs, or other toppings of choice
