Method
- Add the frozen bananas, avocado, cacao powder, and nut milk or water to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You will need to scrap down the sides of the blender a few times.
- If adding any mix-ins, stir them into the nice cream once fully blended.
- Enjoy as a soft-serve or transfer to a dish and place in the freezer for 5-6 hours or overnight for a scoop-friendly nice cream. The nice cream will become very hard, so you’ll want to let it sit at least 30 minutes out of the freezer before scooping into a dish or a cone.
- Top the nice cream with melted chocolate and a spoonful and nut butter. Enjoy!
