Chocolate caramel milkshake anyone? You wouldn’t believe how delicious this smoothie is, yet it’s packed full of stress-fighting ingredients called adaptogens. This creamy smoothie is high in protein and makes for a great breakfast or snack!

Chocolate-Caramel-Adaptogen-Smoothie

This adaptogen-boosting smoothie is packed full of high-quality Sun Potion adaptogens, like ashwaganda and cordyceps. Ashwaganda has anti-cancer properties, can reduce blood sugar levels, and may reduce symptoms of depression. Cordyceps improves liver function and detoxification and increase stamina.

So, what’s an adaptogen?

An adaptogen is a healing herb that helps the body deal with stress. They help balance, restore and protect the body. There are several adaptogens that have different benefits. Some of the most popular adaptogens include ashwaganda, maca, reishi, cordyceps, and chaga. I personally incorporate several adaptogens in my diet on a daily basis, whether it be in my smoothies or foursigmatic lattes.

This smoothie is a great recipe to give a try if you’re new to adaptogens!
